I am an entrepreneur and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. My primary focus is on client
relationships and helping people market their real estate and wisely acquire their dream
properties. With the right mindset and tools in hand, one can achieve all things. I believe in
Karma and work hard to put my best self forward every day and find great joy in helping others
make their dreams a reality.
I have a B.S. and M.A. in education and taught Special Education for 4 years. I absolutely loved
teaching and felt great fulfillment from my job. As the education system began to shift and I
decided to start a family, my priorities changed and I wanted more. I set out to find an
opportunity that would allow me to grow and expand personally and financially without being
confined to a traditional 9-5.
In 2010, I moved to the Capital District and was instantly taken with the Real Estate
Industry. With the boom in social media and advances in social networking it proved to be a
smart endeavor. I’ve strategically partnered with Carr Real Estate group as a means to providing
comprehensive service with exceptional client relationships.

At a very young age, I became involved in real estate by working summers with my uncle rehabbing multi-family properties. I spent my summers learning a lot about the inner workings of all types of properties. As the years have gone by, I began to get more involved in buying multi-family properties of my own. I took an interest in homes that were foreclosures or bank owned, rehabbing them myself and turning them into investment properties. In 2005, I became a licensed real estate agent. I've spent the last 14 years buying and selling properties throughout the Capital Region. Finally in 2017, I have my own brokerage firm, Carr Real Estate Group.
To further educate myself and add to my passion of real estate, I worked to meet the requirements needed to receive a master electrician license and a master plumber license. I used these trades daily doing work through my sister company, Carr's Contracting & Services.
Having these trades sets me apart from other real estate agents. I know what to look for when it comes to those big items on a house (roofing, HVAC, generator, plumbing, electrical, foundation, NYS building code regulations, etc.)
I believe it’s important to know about what you’re buying or selling, so you the customer has the most knowledge available to you as you make the largest purchase of your life.
